This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between
you ("You" or "Customer") and InSpace Software ("Company") governing the use
of the BrickSpace software products, including BrickSpace and
BrickSpace Server ("Software").

endorsed by, or authorized by The LEGO Group, BrickLink®, Brick Owl®, or any
other marketplace.

2. LICENSE GRANT
------------------------------------------------------------
The Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license
to install and use the Software for internal business purposes only, in
accordance with this Agreement.
This license applies to both BrickSpace and BrickSpace Server.

3. TRIAL PERIOD
------------------------------------------------------------
The Software may be used free of charge for a limited trial period.
The duration and conditions of the trial period are described on the
Company's website or communicated separately. After the trial period
expires, continued use requires the purchase of a valid commercial
license.

4. RESTRICTIONS
------------------------------------------------------------
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or rent the Software to third
parties.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where
permitted by applicable law.
You MAY:
- Use the Software internally within your own organization.
- Install the Software on systems owned or controlled by your organization.

5. OWNERSHIP
------------------------------------------------------------
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and
to the Software remain with InSpace Software.

6. DATA COLLECTION, TELEMETRY, AND BILLING
------------------------------------------------------------
The Software may collect optional telemetry data, subject to your consent.
Telemetry may be required for update checks, license validation, and the
delivery of software updates.
The Software may also collect limited usage and billing-related data solely
for the purpose of calculating license fees, invoicing, and account
administration.
No payment card data is collected or processed by the Software.

7. SOFTWARE UPDATES AND SUPPORTED VERSIONS
------------------------------------------------------------
The Company may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software
to address defects, security issues, or improve functionality.
You are responsible for installing updates in a timely manner. The Company
is not responsible for issues, defects, security incidents, or data loss
resulting from the use of outdated or unsupported versions of the Software,
where such issues have been resolved in a newer release.
The Software may install updates automatically to improve functionality,
security, or stability. By using the Software, You consent to such updates.

8. SELF-HOSTED SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES

If You choose to install and operate the Software or any server components
on Your own infrastructure, You are solely responsible for:
- System administration and maintenance
- Installing updates and security patches
- Performing regular backups
- Securing servers, networks, and operating systems
- Protecting application credentials, API keys, and access tokens
The Company is not responsible for data loss, security breaches, service
interruptions, or damages resulting from misconfiguration, lack of
maintenance, or insufficient security measures in self-hosted environments.

9. ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS
------------------------------------------------------------
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account
credentials. Account credentials are personal and may not be shared with
other individuals, including employees, contractors, or third parties.
Each individual requiring access to the Software must use their own
authorized account or access method, where available.

10. SECURITY AND PHISHING NOTICE
------------------------------------------------------------
The Company will never ask You to disclose passwords, authentication codes,
or private credentials via email, chat, or other communication channels.
You are responsible for verifying the authenticity of any communication
claiming to originate from the Company. The Company is not responsible for
losses resulting from phishing, social engineering, or fraudulent activity
conducted by third parties.

11. SUPPORT
------------------------------------------------------------
Support is provided on a best-effort basis.
The official support channels for the Software are:

Support requests submitted through these channels will be handled in
accordance with the Company's support policies.
The Company does not monitor or provide support through other communication
channels, including but not limited to social media platforms, direct
messages, or third-party forums. Messages sent through such channels may
not be seen or responded to.
For reliable assistance, users are encouraged to contact support through
the official channels listed above.

12. FEES AND PAYMENTS
------------------------------------------------------------
Use of the Software under a commercial license is subject to applicable
fees, as described on the Company's website or in a separate written
agreement.
Current pricing information is available at:

The Company reserves the right to update pricing and billing models.
Changes will not apply retroactively to already invoiced periods.

13. PAYMENT FAILURE AND SERVICE SUSPENSION
------------------------------------------------------------
If any invoiced amount remains unpaid after the applicable due date, the
Company may issue reminders, temporarily suspend access to services, or
take other reasonable actions in accordance with its billing policies.
Suspension of services does not terminate this Agreement and does not
relieve the customer of payment obligations.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from suspension of
services due to non-payment.

14. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
------------------------------------------------------------
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED
THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING
THE CLAIM.

16. TERMINATION
------------------------------------------------------------
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate
this Agreement if You materially breach its terms.
Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software.

17. GOVERNING LAW
------------------------------------------------------------
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the Netherlands.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
------------------------------------------------------------
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and the
Company regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements or
communications.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable,
the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
