you ("You" or "Customer") and InSpace Software ("Company") governing
your access to and use of the BrickSpace services ("Service").

endorsed by, or authorized by The LEGO Group, BrickLink®, Brick Owl®, or any
other marketplace.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

BrickSpace is a software platform that provides tools and services related
to inventory management, data synchronization, workflows, and integrations
for LEGO-related marketplaces and systems.
The Service may include hosted components, client applications, server
software, and related functionality.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
------------------------------------------------------------
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the
Service.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for
all activity that occurs under Your account.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE
------------------------------------------------------------
You may use the Service only for lawful internal business purposes.
You may NOT:
- Misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access
- Circumvent technical or licensing restrictions
- Reverse engineer protected components, except where permitted by law
- Use the Service to violate applicable laws or regulations

5. ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account
credentials. Account credentials are personal and may not be shared with
other individuals, including employees, contractors, or third parties.
Each individual requiring access to the Service must use their own
authorized account or access method, where available.

6. SOFTWARE UPDATES AND SERVICE CHANGES
------------------------------------------------------------
The Company may update, modify, or improve the Service to address defects,
security issues, or enhance functionality.
You are responsible for using supported versions of any client or server
software associated with the Service. The Company is not responsible for
issues arising from the use of outdated or unsupported versions where such
issues have been resolved in a newer release.
The Service may apply updates automatically.

7. SELF-HOSTED COMPONENTS
------------------------------------------------------------
If You choose to install or operate any BrickSpace components on Your own
infrastructure, You are solely responsible for:
- System administration and maintenance
- Applying updates and security patches
- Performing regular backups
- Securing servers, networks, and operating systems
- Protecting application credentials, API keys, and access tokens
The Company is not responsible for data loss, security incidents, or
service interruptions resulting from self-hosted environments.

8. DATA PROCESSING AND PRIVACY
------------------------------------------------------------
The Service processes data in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy
and any applicable product-specific privacy addenda.
Data is currently hosted within the European Union, primarily in Germany.
Equivalent safeguards will be applied if processing locations change in
the future.

9. SECURITY AND PHISHING NOTICE
------------------------------------------------------------
The Company will never ask You to disclose passwords, authentication codes,
or private credentials via email, chat, or other communication channels.
You are responsible for verifying the authenticity of any communication
claiming to originate from the Company. The Company is not responsible for
losses resulting from phishing, social engineering, or fraudulent activity
conducted by third parties.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis.

The Company does not monitor or provide support through other communication
channels, including but not limited to social media platforms, direct
messages, or third-party forums.

11. FEES AND BILLING

Use of the Service may require payment of applicable fees, as described on
the Company's website or in a separate written agreement.

Pricing changes will not apply retroactively to already invoiced periods.

12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Service if You violate
these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the Service.
Suspension does not relieve You of payment obligations.

13. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU
FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the Netherlands.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service and
supersede all prior agreements or communications.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable,
the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
